What data do we collect and store?
Among the information collected by LegalSpain it's found:
– Personal information such as your name, surname, NIF/DNI/Passport, physical and email address and contact telephone number.
– Information about the transactions you carry out with us and the use of the services we offer, including queries or suggestions received through our contact pages, recording the activities in the logs of our servers and leaving a record of the configuration of your browser and IP address from which you access, the pages requested and the actions executed.
– Session cookies (when you log in to the system, we will save a cookie on your computer in order to keep access open, without it being treated differently or maintained once the session is closed) and analysis cookies (origin of the user when registering). In any case, you can configure your browser to remove this type of trace.
For what purposes do we process your data?

What is the legitimacy for the treatment of your data?
The legal basis for the processing of your data is the development of services and/or delivery of products that LegalSpain offer to users and which will always be provided by the interested party. The basic identification data will be kept indefinitely (Name, Surname, DNI/NIE or equivalent and email) in order to facilitate the user's registration in our courses, unless the interested party exercises their rights in terms of data protection. However, LegalSpain must retain such data for a period of FIVE YEARS, for tax purposes only, from the date of payment of the registration fee in compliance with article 29.2, letter e) of Law 25/2003, of December 17, General Tax Law, which is contemplated in article 22 of Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21.
To which recipients will your data be communicated?
The data provided to LegalSpain will be communicated to third parties for the following purposes:
Accounting, tax and/or legal advice. Your basic identification data will be provided to ETL NEXUM JURÍDICO SL, located at Carrer Mallorca nº 272 (3rd Floor), 08037- Barcelona, whose processing will consist of the presentation of the labor, accounting, tax and legal advisory service.
The transfer of data will expire after SIX years since this is the period required by current legislation on tax, tax and/or accounting matters.
Authorities
It may happen that LegalSpain may be required to provide personal data to certain authorities (e.g. tax or law enforcement authorities) in accordance with mandatory law and in order to comply with legal obligations in each jurisdiction. In the event of a data security breach, certain personal data may need to be provided to data protection authorities.
What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation about whether LegalSpain We are processing personal data that concerns you or not. Interested parties have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. The personal data that we process in LegalSpain They come from direct communication from the interested party through our website, social networks, email, telephone or any other communication system, method or tool, or from communication through collaborating academies and/or companies with prior authorization from the interested party.

LegalSpain applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data and ensure that only authorised persons can access it. LegalSpain uses technical security systems, such as firewalls, encryption technologies, passwords and antivirus programs, to prevent and avoid unauthorized use of personal data.

What are your rights regarding personal data?

LegalSpain, in order to facilitate the execution of this right, has implemented an immediate account deletion system that you can find by accessing your account, after logging in with your access data, and clicking on the button titled "Delete my account". Please note that this action is not reversible. If you choose to manage the deletion of the account, it will not be possible to recover all the information associated with it.
– Right of opposition
You have the right to object to personal data concerning you being processed based on our legitimate interest related to your particular situation. If you raise an objection, and the processing is based on a legitimate interest, we will stop processing your personal data unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your right to privacy.
However, remember that even if you object to a particular treatment, LegalSpain may retain such processing if it is based on another legal basis, such as the provision of the Service (if you wish to continue receiving it) or compliance with legal obligations.

You may request the limitation of the processing of your personal data when the personal data may not be correct, if you consider that the processing is unlawful, if LegalSpain bases its treatment on a legitimate interest or if you believe that LegalSpain no longer needs the personal data for the purposes set out in this document.

Without prejudice to your right to file a complaint, if you believe that your rights under this Personal Data Policy have been infringed as a result of the processing of your personal data in breach of applicable laws, you may also file a complaint with the competent courts, including the courts of the EU Member State where you have your habitual residence.
Updates
LegalSpain may modify this Personal Data Policy at any time.
