2. Compulsory education consists of two stages: Primary Education and Compulsory Secondary Education

7. In the event of a strike, it is mandatory by law to maintain minimum services

8. Workers have the right to strike

9. Ideological freedom is guaranteed only in part of the national territory

10. All citizens have access to the public Social Security system, except if they are unemployed.

11. Everyone has the right to enjoy an environment suitable for the development of the person, as well as the duty to preserve it.

12. Everyone has the right to express their opinion

13. The minimum age to get married in Spain is 12 years old

14. The Law prohibits discrimination based on any personal or social circumstance.

15. Public authorities guarantee the protection of consumers

16. According to the Constitution, the administration of Justice corresponds exclusively to the Spanish State

17. Spaniards must help in cases of catastrophe or public calamity

18. In Spain, citizens can choose which city they want to live in.
